  • One free cake on your birthday is valid on any cake up to the value of £3
  • When claiming free birthday cake, customer criteria will be checked if offer is still valid. 
  • Minimum spend to unlock birthday offers in Lu Lu's is £30. Minimum spend must be reached to receive £5 off and goodie bag. 
  • Goodie bag has a minimum value of £5 based on RRP. 
  • You have a period of 14 days after the members birthday email is sent to claim birthday offers. 
  • Welcome discount does not apply to any product from our Joma Jewellery range, Rainbow designs range, and Katie Loxton range.
  • Presale tickets will be sent out via email a week before the event is posted for the public. Members must contact us before the event goes live to access presale tickets. Tickets will not be reserved for members after the event is posted to the public. 
  • When booking events through presale, your customer criteria will be checked to see if you qualify for presale tickets. 
  • Your free engraving is redeemable after ten orders. Both in-store and online orders are valid. 
  • A free engraving after ten orders applies to only one item purchased from Lu Lu's.
  • Free engravings can be collected over time they don't have to be redeemed instantly.
  • The order count to qualify for free engravings starts when you become a member.
  • Member only giveaways have to be entered manually.
  • Member only giveaway winners will be chosen at random. 
  • To enter prize draws, members must fill out surveys sent via email. 
  • Prize draw winners will be picked at random.
  • Reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners for prize draws and giveaways, if winners do not claim prizes in store within 14 days we reserve the right to offer the prize to the next eligible person. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternatives. 
  • Drink loyalty cards are available only in store.
  • Drink loyalty cards limit to one stamp per transaction.
  • Drink loyalty cards require 8 stamps to redeem.
